Easiest Way to fight cavities (does not involve fluoride)

Chewing sugar-free gum for 15-20 minutes after meals can help prevent cavities. Bonus points if the gum contains XYLITOL, a sugar alcohol found naturally in fruit, vegetables, and berries. Xylitol reduces the bad bacteria in our mouths that cause cavities. Plus, physically chewing something stimulates saliva flow. The saliva will neutralize and wash away acids that bad bacteria in our mouths make after eating.
